{No No No}

Mere letters that make a loud scream,

Enough to jolt one thankfully from a bad dream.

Letters of disagreement;

Leaving no door ajar for amendment.

The cries of the battered,

Their wails no longer mattered.

Though it may seem like the tears that the coconuts hide,

Stones of courage would break them open and tears would abide.

NO! Is the mantra of the brave;

Ever willing to toss fear into its grave.

NO! Is the suicidal rope of a slave;
